Fresh Hope Association has been providing hope and support to Mothers and their Children since 1999. Fresh Hope Association is a residential rehabilitation program for Mothers and their children. The organisation values the importance of recovery through the benefits of a family environment.

Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- An understanding of the issues affecting the target group.
- Ability to work within a Christian ethos
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be a team member , be flexible, and a willingness to learn
- A valid working with children blue card
- A commitment to WHS and other legislation requirements
- Drivers licence
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working in a therapeutic community
- A sound understanding of AOD issues
- Experience in developing appropriate behaviour management strategies
- Experience in Microsoft office – word, excel and outlook
